Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right under § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) to withdraw from your contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The instructions below set out your statutory rights.

Returns are free. You do not bear the direct cost of returning the goods — neither under the statutory right of withdrawal nor under our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Withdrawal instructions — right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. Where you order several goods in a single order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not obligatory. If you use it, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (for example by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will not bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The return is free of charge for you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

End of withdrawal instructions

Under § 312g (2) in conjunction with § 312g (1) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not exist, or expires early, for the following contracts:

• the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements;
• the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where they have been unsealed after delivery;
• the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature;
• the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, where the seal has been removed after delivery;
• the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts;
• the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where you have expressly consented to performance and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

For the robot vacuums and cleaning machines we sell, none of these exclusions normally applies — so you can unpack a machine, set it up and try it out.

You may examine the goods as you would in a shop: unpack them, set them up, try the functions. Normal traces of that handling do not give rise to any compensation.

Compensation for loss of value may arise where the goods have been used beyond that examination — for instance where there are clear signs of use, damage, or missing accessories. In that case we charge only the actual loss in value and explain it to you clearly.

One request: keep the original packaging while the return period is running. It is the best protection in transit. A return is still possible without the original box — the goods simply need to be packed well enough to travel safely.

1. Tell us. Write to contact@kingsrobot168.com or call +49 30 000 0000. Quote your order number and say whether you are withdrawing or using the voluntary return policy.
2. Get your return label. We send you a free return label by email, usually the same working day.
3. Pack it. Pack the machine with its accessories securely, attach the label and drop the parcel at the stated collection point.
4. Refund. Once the goods arrive and have been checked, we refund to the same payment method, at the latest within the statutory period of fourteen days.

You never pay return postage. Delivery and return are both free of charge.

On top of the statutory right of withdrawal we grant you a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. That gives you considerably longer to try a machine in daily use than the law requires.

• The period starts on the day you receive the goods.
• The return is free of charge for you here too.
• The goods should be complete and in a condition consistent with normal examination.
• The refund is made to the payment method originally used.

This voluntary return policy is an additional contractual undertaking on our part. It does not restrict your statutory rights — in particular your right of withdrawal and your warranty rights.
