Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we get asked most — about ordering, shipping, returns and how the machines work.
Ordering & shipping
We process your order within 1–2 working days, then shipping takes 3–5 working days. Delivery within Deutschland is free and every parcel is tracked.
Nothing. Delivery within Deutschland is free — no minimum order, whatever the size or weight of the machine. There are no bulky-goods or packaging surcharges.
We currently deliver only to addresses within Deutschland, including the islands. Delivery to a parcel locker is possible where the carrier supports it for the parcel size.
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you get an email with the tracking number and a link. It can take up to 24 hours before the link shows anything. If the email doesn't arrive, please check your spam folder.
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Write to contact@kingsrobot168.com as quickly as you can, quoting your order number. If the parcel is already on its way, just use the free return.
Payment
At checkout you can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna (pay on invoice), Sofort bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You'll see the options available to you during checkout.
Yes. The whole site runs over an SSL/TLS-encrypted connection. You enter your payment details directly with the payment provider — we never store card numbers or bank details ourselves.
Yes. Every price shown is a final price including 19% statutory VAT. Nothing further is added between checkout and your door.
Yes. The invoice arrives by email along with your order confirmation. We'll happily send it again — a short message with your order number is enough.
Returns & warranty
You have 14 days of statutory right of withdrawal plus a further 30 days of voluntary returns. Get in touch and we'll send you a free return label. Either way, the return costs you nothing.
It's handy, because it's the best protection in transit — but it isn't required. You can return a machine without the original box; it just needs to be packed well enough to travel safely.
Yes. You may examine the goods as you would in a shop: unpack it, set it up, test the functions. Compensation for loss of value only applies if use goes noticeably beyond that.
Every new machine carries the statutory warranty of 24 months from delivery. Any additional manufacturer guarantees are unaffected.
Once the return arrives and has been checked, we refund to the original payment method, at the latest within the statutory 14 days. In practice it is usually much quicker.
Robot vacuums — tech & choosing
A dock empties the robot's dustbin for you, washes the mop pads and dries them. Instead of emptying a bin after every clean, you deal with a dust bag every few weeks. For homes with pets or allergies it is almost always worth it.
For hard floors and short-pile carpet, 8,000–12,000 Pa is plenty. From around 20,000 Pa, high-pile carpet comes up reliably too. Our strongest model reaches 42,000 Pa.
Yes — look for models with an anti-tangle brush (TriCut, Zero-Tangle). They cut long hair as they pick it up instead of winding it around the brush. That is exactly where most older robot vacuums fail.
Measure the lowest point and compare it with the height in the specifications. Our slimmest models are 7.98 cm tall. Every product page lists the exact height.
For day-to-day upkeep, generally yes — dust, crumbs and light marks come up reliably. For dried-on or greasy marks the dock's hot-water mop washing helps, but it doesn't fully replace an occasional pass by hand.
In standard mode most models sit at roughly 55–65 dB(A) — somewhere between quiet conversation and an ordinary vacuum cleaner. The dock is noticeably louder while emptying, but that usually lasts only a few seconds.
